I’m in California which WAS LITERALLY MEXICO - what are we even talking about?? How is treating people differently based on where they were born remotely acceptable? my dad immigrated here for ecuador and back then “alien” wasn’t even a term. i’m nervous for my dad and my uncle because my uncle has been stoped and asked for his papers or ID before but not my dad
