Do any other girls with endometriosis cramp really bad after an orgasm like I’ve always heard that it’s supposed to help period cramps but it always makes them worse or starts them :(

i have endo! but i find it makes them worse or it hurts so bad that it’s not worth it / enjoyable

I literally wasn’t cramping at all today and then (tmi) my bf and I had sex and now I’m just sitting here in a bunch of pain it’s so frustrating 😔my ob prescribed me ketorolac and it definitely helps but it’s still annoying

are you on your period or did having sex jumpstart it? because that can happen, when you orgasm your muscles contract which can unfortunately cause your period to start 💔💔💔

Neither I’m on bc that skips my period bc my regular periods are so painful so it makes it even more frustrating that this keeps happening 😭
