At Hollywood Dog food stores they have Angels trees for dogs at animal shelters 🩷🩷 Thought y’all should know everyone needs Christmas cheer 🎄🐾

to add onto this: even if you do not have that store in your area, check local animal shelters’ wishlists and buy some stuff from there!! they almost ALWAYS have a wishlist on their website or facebook. and you don’t have to buy something super expensive, sometimes it’s a bulk of trash bags, puppy pads, or milk bottles for nursing kittens <3

yes omg towels & blankets are always a huge need, we go through them so fast at the shelter because dogs chew or we can get stuff out of them

This may be a stupid question but do shelters accept opened bags of dog food? I have a 30 pound bag going to go to waste because my dog died

yes they should! we do accept dog food that has been opened you could always call first to double check but i see no reason why they wouldn’t

nope, it would only be an issue if it was like wet food or frozen
