start ur day doing an activity that doesn't involve ur phone, eat breakfast then do ur hw. reward urself w phone after
have someone else put screen time limits on the apps you’re addicted to with a password you don’t know
delete apps ur on alot
That’s such good advice! I usually go on my phone at the start of the day because of alarms but I have an alarm clock so maybe I’ll switch to that
it's a good thing to at least try! and if it's too much just stick with adding one thing at a time
