Genuine tips on how to not be lazy with actually going out and practicing working out/sports/hobbies? Like I hate moving I feel tired 24/7 and I’m scared of judgement from others. For other things. I use spite to be successful lmao

meet urself where ur at instead of pushing urself into an unnatural environment! for me, i lift small weights inbetween video game matches or do yoga while i watch shows. i also park farther away in a parking lot so i can walk further

I walk to the top of the building on the stairs and back between tasks sometimes. Nobody is in stairwells
