i do not feel like it's an insane take to say that trans women and cis women are different. trans women are still women but their life experiences, identities, bodies, upbringings etc are completely different and i'm tired of acting like they aren't

^that's like saying there's no general differences between an autistic woman and a neurotypical woman, no difference between a lesbian or a straight woman etc. there obviously is. not that one category is more womanly or 'better', it's just a tangible difference

Just quit fucking talking about other women like you understand them when you don’t. You do not know what ANY other woman’s path to womanhood has been nor is yours a monolith. I guarantee there are MANY cis women who have more of a “different, masculine upbringing” than most trans women and they are still women just the same. Quit acting like some women are exotic or alien. No two people are exactly the same. Ever.

not to the same degree on such a large scale. growing up as a girl is a completely different set of societal conditioning. and a completely different experience of the world they did not see that cis women did. and physically no amount of gender affirming care will make a trans woman's body function the way a cis woman's body does. you can't deny that there's differences, and i think it should be okay to address them

my experience as a disabled girl was probably incredibly different from your girlhood but that doesnt make me less of a woman. trans is an adjective in the same way disabled is, like it changes their experience but doesnt make them less of a woman

ah so u just transphobic got it. 👌 you make such large assumptions about womanhood here. the western perception of womanhood is completely different from one found elsewhere. women have hella different bodies and we are all raised with different expectations. ur ignorance for instance shows u were sheltered to how the world actually works. ur lack of empathy shows u have limited life experience. it's okay tho because we're all wildly different. u use those differences to hate. classic bigot

what i'm saying is the commentary on gender is unnecessary. like good job for further poking at a minority community that is already being harassed into the ground. it's really awesome that we gotta have opinions on others presentation and gender and we can't stay in our own lane like sane fucking people
