Go to confession if you’re Catholic! Or pray for forgiveness, idk if other denominations have something similar to confession. People have done wayyyy worse so don’t be afraid or embarrassed to confess

You don’t (necessarily) go to hell because of the things you do, you go to hell because you don’t put your faith in Jesus Christ and proclaim that he is Lord. I encourage you to pray to him and ask for forgiveness and let Jesus take control of our life. He has so much better for you than parting and there is so much more to life. Jesus loves you and is waiting. Let him into your heart and let him change your life🫶🫶🫶

Do something that soothes you, relaxes you, and makes you feel safe. You don’t have to do anything that makes you uncomfortable, and you don’t have to feel guilty. It happened, and you can learn from the experience if you don’t want it to happen again

If you still want to drink or go out, plan to stay with a buddy in the future or rotate turns DDing with your friends to make sure you’re boundaries are kept safe

Period!! If you’re worried about it confession is great and then in addition to that I would also have a safeword if you’re in a relationship although u may forget it if ur drunk but that’s my best advice for u! Stay safe!
