I’m so sorry that’s happening I know how you feel my random roommate in the college did similar playing clips from movies of my trigger on full volume every-time I was trying to study or go to bed. Are you an adult with a flatmate or in college? If you’re in college make in clear her behavior is unacceptable and that you will make her file a roommate agreement if this behavior continues. What she’s doing can be considered harassment and an unsafe environment that violates student conduct

And housing policies. These can result in her being forced to change rooms with the harassment documented on her record, if this isn’t her first offense she can lose student housing, suspension, and eventually expulsion. In my case I had several other issues including some that put my safety severely at risk (including battery charges from her and her friends hitting, pinching, and even forcing my eyes open and poking them while I slept) so when I reported mine she was immediately expelled.
