Every Muslim person I’ve met has been really kind, highly educated (especially women), and not judgmental. My brother’s best friend/roommate is a devout Muslim & as an obvious lgbtq woman, he rly helped me when I was depressed. I would go to their apt to rot after class & he’d cook food for me & talk things out. I’ve never felt hate from Muslims, been made to feel like I’m lesser than them, or had their beliefs forced on me, which isn’t my experience w a lot of Christians

Well, have you read the Quran? Kinda surprised similarly since despite Christians being annoying they at least believe in conversion rather than what Islam believes. In Islam if you don’t worship Allah you’re like an idiot without eyes to see or ears to hear thus making Islam people believe you are unimportant to society.

I think that this comes from the fact that the religion was never the issue. It’s the institution the religion creates (or more accurately the people who misuse the religion to create hateful structures/beliefs). Christians in non Christian dominated areas are similarly epic from what I’ve experienced when traveling

I haven't, but the friend I mentioned memorized it, and their family's house has a whole wall of Muslim books, so I take the way someone like that treats me to be more accurate to the religion than some random person online lol.
