meh, i’m not too concerned and i rarely call out. 80% of the staff calls out like 3 times a month, i’ve called out that many times in a span of 6 months. plus i will lose my vacation and sick hours as well. it’s just target too and im gonna be so for real, most jobs aren’t gonna call target and ask them.
