tiktok fr skewing peoples minds to lose weight because i still eat my cookies, cheese, little frozen meals time to time and eat healthier as well and lost weight and looked toned. you don’t need to eat 100% clean
and the protein surge like. you only need a LOT if you're trying to gain muscle

exactly! i eat 100g usually. you need like 70% of your body weight. 100g is very easy if you do 30g a meal which is doable

like i can eat 1k calories worth of cake a day and lose weight still, not recommended because super unhealthy but i still would. diet culture is repacked as crunchy and healthy eating and GLP…its really sad
