Not at all. People think we’re much heavier than we are when we’re merely fit

yeah, because of their hormone makeup. if you have more estrogen the fat cells in your hips/ass/boobs/thighs become WAY more responsive. if you have more testosterone then the same thing happens to the fat cells on your stomach/back

Of course! To anyone else wondering, i got the hormone replacement therapy thru my gyno. I have PCOS and the estrogen patch has raised my libido, made my skin softer and more clear, made me more energized and confident… first time I ever put it on, my pupils got MASSIVE. Apparently estrogen is heavily involved in dopamine/serotonin synthesis, so my low estrogen was meaning my ADHD/depression worse

Wait I think this might be my issue!! For context im kind of a tomboy and I have a high sex drive. I also have smaller boobs (like b cup). But I’m also petite in general. But mostly an athletic build and fast metabolism. I’m 23 and have started to see my hips widen a little but I’ll def look into estrogen!

+ my boobs went from a flat b to a full C on the patches, which my bf certainly doesn’t mind 🫣
