coincidentally making the same choices wouldn’t be her talking to my ex while we were on a break, flirting with every man i’ve ever liked, getting the same haircut as me even tho she’s had the same haircut since we met. like i didn’t assume bad stuff until it’s been happening for all 5 years we’ve known each other

Yeah, that’s not what I meant by coincidence or alignment. When it’s repetitive and crosses personal boundaries, it’s no longer neutral or harmless. I’m sorry you’ve been dealing with that. I think you should create some distance between you since it’s gotten to be uncomfortable. Like don’t check what she’s doing, don’t personal details with her, just let it fade out. Not everything needs closure
