i used to love it because my manager was my friend and she would come and say “hey i got a complaint what did you really do” LMAO

Sometimes when that happens I give them a name that’s similar to mine so I can have plausible deniability if they call back or complain 😭

I tell them my name and then immediately tell my supervisor and the other secretary exactly what happened on the call so that they can’t call back and lie😭😭
