Is to crazy for me to say that I think that men should be banned from gynecology? Like tell me why I go to the gyno and the first medical professional to walk into the room is a man. Like wtf no get the fuck out.

Yeah honestly I just went to the gyn for the first ever for painful periods and pelvic pain (like so bad I pass out quite often) and she was like “oh yeah you’re just like my daughter!” without actually asking about my symptoms and just immediately put me on BC without exploring any other possibilities. Annoyed me

I had a female gyno prescribe 500mg of ibuprofen daily instead of just diagnosing my PCOS/PMOS. You know who did diagnose it though? My male dermatologist, who simply listened to my symptoms as a whole 🙃

and the beautiful thing about it is that none of this effects the other and you can choose what you wanna choose
