Would you rather spiral and send yourself into a hole of depression and disappointment? Or take the loss, get back up, suffer the consequences of your actions and finish the thing you started? Thats kinda how I see it. I’m not here to judge anyone’s academic journey. I truly get nothing out of it.

I’ve failed 2 and I didn’t really have a choice but to be ok with it. I’m not gonna get my money back by beating myself up.

first semester i had undiagnosed adhd and also one of the worst winters for my depression. trust me when i say that i wasn’t ok with it.

i haven't failed but it's been close, when a final is worth 50% of the grade it's a little tricky at the end if you didn't excel during the semester

i just can’t see myself personally being able to just move on after that an extra term in school is so much more debt and i’m terrified of my loans as is

Idk what kind of program you’re in but you can still graduate on time in mine if you fail a class or 2. There’s also the option of taking a summer or winter course at a community college for much cheaper to make up the credit. Which isn’t great but costs less than a full term.
