If it’s in your mouth it’s definitely not a pimple it’s either a canker sore or a mucus cyst both of which should not be popped bc the preexisting bacteria in your mouth could cause it to get infected and that would be a whole other can of worms

They say to leave it on for 4-6 hours so hopefully that would be enough time
