me except that’s the week before and during my period 😭 i also have pmdd and am on birth control but for me my antidepressants are what’s actually been helpful with that… sort of

Possibly but when I brought it up to doctors they just handed me birth control which only helps in regulating my cycle and nothing to do with emotions
