Why? It’s not mocking his murder, it’s just pointing out that it’s nowhere near the same thing as jfk’s assassination or MLK’s assassination and he’s nothing like the other two people. He actively said bad things about MLK and it’s disrespectful towards mlk to include Kirk in the same memorial.
