Tons of people women included don’t think she was raped but the loudest voices stand out more and get more attention and traction you’d see more women speaking on it if they weren’t threatened and hit with insults and no ones defending the guys either…
So hard to find justice for actual victims when women who can’t be logical and just emotional about everything get anything that actually makes sense removed because they don’t agree with it and it threatens their worldview but facts are facts anyways

You’re just making stuff up. No one knows who Jane Doe is and it’s wild to claim that you understand the inner workings of a stranger’s mind. Every single woman in my life is 1000% in support of the victim in the case of the Cornell 7. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t believe that this happened.

Calling cap on this one sorry. Have not met a singular woman (or man by the way) who isn’t in support of Jane doe. Please do a deep dive into why the online or offline social spaces you’re apart of are standing up for rapists.

You clearly don’t know a lot of people and you probably don’t do research outside of the small aspects social media presents

And you literally don’t know me and you’re doing the same so? To belong in this community you have to agree with everything other women say?

Again with making stuff up. No, we don’t all have to agree. But claiming that someone wasn’t raped does not fly here. Many of us are survivors and your take is just asinine.

It does fly I know how to read it’s divided if you do research it’s about a 50/50 split plenty people don’t believe she was RAPED

your claim that women aren’t publicly expressing skepticism is objectively false. Sunny Hostin, a former federal prosecutor who prosecuted sex crimes, went on national television and explicitly questioned the prosecution theory and defended the original non prosecution. Alyssa Farah Griffin has also publicly emphasized due process after reviewing the facts. You can disagree with them, but you can’t pretend women aren’t saying these things

Also, you’re moving the goalposts. I don’t need to prove that a majority of women think she wasn’t raped. The existence of women who disagree is enough to disprove your claim that women aren’t saying it. If you want to argue that those women are wrong, argue their evidence and reasoning don’t pretend they don’t exist I’m not standing up for rapist because no rape occurred

“Woman or man” yea cause you’re clearly ignoring them saying woman or man is crazy I’ve seen tons of both but I actually investigate things unlike women like you who give us a bad name and rep

Holy shit you are pressed as fuck. Crazy, I was going to leave a comment explaining the difference between saying ‘we don’t have all the facts and I’m going to wait for the trial but here’s what I think’ and saying ‘women are saying she lied’ because it sounds to be like you think she lied, that’s fine, but you need to be legitimately careful with how you go about saying that because majority of the people saying she lied are dipping into defending the men.

But I’m not going to leave any more comments, I left one, didn’t even get a chance to move the goalposts 😭 it’s extremely clear you’re mental

I’m not defending a man at all. They had gross behavior and like the situation shouldn’t have happened the way it did but that doesn’t mean that she was raped. We don’t have all the facts but she wasn’t brutally assaulted or forced and gave consent multiple times this is her own words and testament?

I’ve been discussing this with a few people probably got it mixed up but I’m not mental I just want actual victims taken seriously and to not give us a bad rep

Actually no, I’m gonna assume you haven’t read her report actually. Not being mean about it btw, the transcript of what she said and signed never made it to the DA and was never reviewed according to the articles I’ve read. She did initially consent to a threesome but not the four other men nor the 50+ she was advertised to. Meaning that she was raped. If anything the men couldn’t consent either if they were under the influence.

Oh no i understand, im a victim who never got justice myself but her story looks very eerily similar to the stories of people on my campus, my friends, even my family, even my male friends who were drugged and raped, so my gut reaction is automatically support even if I know the men are awarded due process by the law. I’m mostly surrounded by men and women who have experienced rape and assault so majority of the in person conversations I’m having lean that way.

I have an actual question for you. You said gives us ‘a bad rap’ I’m assuming you’re a victim then right? I’m not saying you have to support Jane doe if you’re a victim. That’s dumb, we’re all different people and you’re entitled to your opinion but you also referred to me as ‘women like you’.’ You don’t know me. You have no idea who I am, and yet you complained to the other commenter above and said they didn’t know you so how could they make assumptions. This is what hypocrisy looks like.
