a woman who reinforces and reiterates her hatred for men is more or less making a deliberate political statement bc she’s functionally ousting herself from heteropatriarchy. to conflate a woman living for external male validation & hanging up her autonomy vis a vis “im just a girl when im with him 🥺” to a woman who says “i want nothing to do with men” is egregious and u know it lmao

that's not what i'm saying lol, i think it's fine to display a distaste for men if you agree with that. i'm talking about girls who constantly (like every time you see them kind of constantly) bring up how much they hate men and continue to talk about it when it rarely has pertinence. to de center men is to just have an indifference towards them and not let them take up space in your mind.

Yes it does. You are still fixated on men. To decenter men, you don’t constantly think about them/obsess over them. Don’t let them live in your head rent free. You have to center yourself. The life you want to live
