someone gotta step in, this is ridiculous, absolutely no reason u gotta pay more to not live in filth or worry about getting robbed on the way to ur house and being able to get to work. absolutely ludicrous

thats what im paying now in student housing. 1800/mo for ONE room in a 2 br apartment. i still have a roommate. mind u, this place has roaches too! i’m plotting a move next fall, but i cant even find anywhere worth living😭
