A drag path but its me still finding strands of hair from my childhood dog (who we put down in December) on the skirt of my bed because she slept in my room every night. I moved last September, she has never once been in my apartment but shes somehow here

I still get choked up talking about my dog and she was put down back in 2021. I even felt intense guilt when I got my first pet after her, feeling like she was a replacement. It gets easier but it never really goes away. Wishing you peace and healing 🫶🏼

My mom went through and immediately deep cleaned EVERYTHING as soon as my cat’s body was out of the house 😭😭 and didn’t understand why it made me upset
