but like 2 weeks ago my friends told me that they don’t think he told me the truth and they think he cheated and won’t tell me. he’s never cheated before or even been close but i cannot shake how anxious it’s been making me. what do i do?

if he still completely denies it you either have to trust him and be assured by his words or you go dig deeper with your friends and find truth yourself because there will always be evidence left. shit even ask his friends

the day ig i “found out” if u could call it that, he showed me texts between his roommate and his roommate was like shocked that the girl had tried to cause problems bc my boyfriend was apparently so clear about having a gf. but other than that, im not super close with his friends like that— just his family so i have no idea how id go about asking anyone. && im scared to bring it up cause i dont want it coming off like im accusing him or him getting defensive

he's prolly embarrassed that he was put in that situation that he said he had a gf and this girl kept trying to repeatedly hit on him and just doesn't want to tell you the full story cuz it made him uncomfortable. if it's never been a problem i'd not worry about it unless in your gut you feel like it had been a problem and you haven't wanted to admit it.
