to people acting like it’s not a real thing, it’s when you have a normal bmi, low muscle mass, high percentage of body fat. it’s an actual medical condition called normal weight obesity it’s just more commonly referred to as skinny fat. it’s not people complaining just to complain

bmi is bullshit, ā€œobesityā€ is based on the bs and racist metrics of bmi. There is no such thing as an actual ā€œnormal bmiā€, bodies come in all shapes and sizes. If you want to gain more muscle then just work out, why do you have to shit on the body type many ppl have

Yeah while referencing a body type that lots of ppl have? Are you really pretending to not understand that type of rhetoric then applies to anyone who has that body type…

the way i feel about myself doesn’t mean others should feel the same way lmfao. i have big arms and someone else saying ā€œhaving big arms makes me wanna kmsā€ isn’t gonna make me feel any type of way. everyone has their own insecurities and if someone talking about theirs makes another person insecure about that feature then that’s on them

Write about it in your diary or talk to your therapist. Dont publicly say that you want to kill yourself over your body type, that’s so irresponsible. Talk about your body in healthy ways not that you want kys, come on. You have to be considerate of other ppl and not just say ā€œwell thats on them if talking about kms bc of my body type might affect other peopleā€

I’m relatively skinny to society, but my body percentage is mainly fat and little muscle mass. I feel so much bigger than I actually look bc of it

You get me. I want to workout so bad, but my social anxiety is insane. I’m scared to embarrass myself going into gym or even walking outside in public

i completely understand ignore everyone else trying to invalidate you. this has been my first week in the gym and i’m also really anxious but everyone really minds their own business. you could start out using dumbbells at home or like pilates youtube videos until you feel more confident in the moves you’re doing then get a gym membership!!
