have u tried switching toothpastes? do u take advil a lot?

I’ve been on the same toothpaste for about six months. I don’t take Advils but I’ve been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol cause I got my tongue pierced about a week and a half ago

ibuprofen/advil can lead to canker sores. that's when i get mine, so adds up

I’ve never heard of a tongue piercing doing that either. I was the thinking it could have something to do with the mouthwash I was using cause it’s antiseptic and alcohol free, I ordered new mouthwash off of Amazon just because that other one was the only one I could find in my town that was both
