
Not only am I so so so SOOOOOO happy for you, but I’m proud of you. Go get that cake or eat at your favorite restaurant! Treat yourself. It takes time and effort to notice change and even though a year doesn’t seem that long, you still fought everyday. 365 days! Can’t wait to see you post this next year! 🤍
im not op obviously, but i find that doing something else when you get the urge - like journaling, writing out your thoughts, some people like to draw on their skin or snap a rubberband against their wrist - helps. its also helpful to give whatever you use to do that to a friend to hold onto, if you trust someone for that, or just throwing it out. if it gets really really bad just surrounding yourself with people so you literally dont have the opportunity to do it is also an option. good luck <3
