gen question!! how did you know you had one? I think I do bc sex hurts in one spot every time and idk why

I have pretty severe pain in my abdomen based on which side the cyst is on (I sometimes also feel it in my back) and I have very painful and irregular periods my main sign though was the ultrasound that found one had ruptured and there was one on the other side
