I heard of psychology say that sometimes it’s the only time in peoples lives they get “control” or “demand smth” and some take the power too far like the feeling yk

Do the work well enough and you’ll get more of a pass with some employers to be asses back to them. They definitely need to get checked at times because there is no reason for them to be shitty to employees who haven’t done anything.
