tampons hold way less blood than pads idc what the box says

use an ultra tampon and a maxi overnight pad

absorbent pad coupled with the tampon, and obviously bring extra. check however often u feel is necessary

tampon and a pad on period underwear if you have a pair. that’s my go to for crazy heavy days
