Ive been trying to lose weight recently. Like I’ve been in a deficit, eating protein, etc. Tell me how I’ve gained 7 mother fucking pounds

if you are concerned though, you could talk to your doc cause having pcos or endometriosis could also make you have harder time losing weight

weight fluctuates throughout the day, and so it could also be when you compare your weight and the time of day that you took it, and how long it’s been since the two measurements.

it could also be a gain in muscle and not fat if you have been lifting, so it could be a result of different things

My sister has PCOS so I’ve been tested twice for it and they said I don’t have it but we think I might have endometriosis. I need to start moving a lot more. I’ve started lifting but idk it makes me so motivated but also fuels me hating myself if that makes sense
