My campus is closed for spring break and that’s fine and all I guess but that means the gym is also closed. For this reason I’ve been going outside on jogs. It’s 30 degrees F, I really don’t wanna go out, should I or should I stay inside

stay in, drink tea and eat hot soup, do some gentle yoga, and enjoy the day

So I have been exercising it’s just I missed a day cuz it was raining and then I went out yesterday and it was so cold i couldn’t feel my face. I don’t wanna get sick. I have a thing this weekend that’s really important.

The cold itself can't make you sick but it weakens your immune system, making you more susceptible
