Probably not, my body can go 7-8 days on 4 hours of sleep before I crash and sleep for 12+ hours

It’s the anxiety state that I’ve been in before 💀 I haven’t done that in years but I also haven’t been this anxious in years

force urself on walks after class, sit outside, go make plans w someone. try and distract and tire urself out

Everyone I know in town is gone right now 😭 it’s also -20° where I’m at so outside is a no. I’ll definitely be walking around after and before class just to get to classes but I don’t know if that will be helpful
