If you had your period, didn’t have immediate sense that a sexual encounter went unprotected in any way, and started a pill pack- I think you’re fine. A test wouldn’t show anything this early anyways. Try wearing a looser more comfortable bra and going braless when possible. Sometimes it’s just too much pressure on them
