Ohhh yeah i hadn't thought about that. I'm worried i would leak through them though during the first nights?

They make ones with different absorbency levels like pads! They are usually higher coverage granny panties and I personally haven’t had issues leaking around or through them. You could also try cloth pads, they’re supposed to be a reusable alternative to disposable pads
