that’s def pro life logic which is stupid as fuck. like just because SOME women may bond with the child they were forced to give birth to doesn’t mean they’ll in any means be a good mother. its ultimately a super selfish mindset

Tbf birth giving does release a bunch of oxytocin to induce that bonding but in the sense you’re talking about it’s just over exaggerating the idea that women = caretaker bc of estrogen

idk i’m pro choice with the understanding that i could never personally get an abortion. but i know that at least for me, i am NOT a maternal person. i’ve always had the understanding that if i had an unplanned pregnancy, i would give it up for adoption. i’d do what i could to find good parents or even like a family friend who wants kids and can’t have them, but i am NOT keeping it
