Honestly I’m kind of on the fence about losing weight because I think I’m at a good weight (123 pounds and I’m 5 ‘5) but I feel fat in the face and that changed how I look. I mean it was my goal to gain weight and now I just want to lose it again. For reference I was about 107ish pounds a year ago. It’s crazy how much of a difference it is.

there’s so many ways, first off don’t do it by starving yourself if you want do a calorie deficit. you can use rosemary water or oil depending on hair type, gummy/pill/powder supplements like prenatal (yes known for pregnancy but they are basically just hair&skin&nail u can get those too), dermarolling, if you have money-red light therapy, overall nutrition specifically focusing on protein intake and whole foods, and u can do preventative topical minoxidil (if you have pets use oral)

I have hairloss so that’s why I am saying all of this, trust me I have done extensive research

so many vitamins and supplements help to maintain and grow hair like biotin, fish oil, there’s also oils like castor (which need a carrier oil bc they are too heavy on their own) and there’s those silicone hair massagers with spike kind things that help to stimulate hair growtth

I got insanely skinny due to how much cardio I did but my hair thinned out so bad and people pointed it out. But I felt so confident.

Omggg twins!! And yeah I think it is a healthy weight for me bc I’ve been maintaining it but I think if I work out again i might tone up and it’ll be better for me, I do sometimes miss that scrawny teenager look I once had lol but I’m trying not to go back to that thin 😂 I’m sure you look gorgeous however! I like how a little chub looks on most people so I’m trying to accept it bc I’m older now and i know I put on some healthy weight.

no lol but I have like actual alopecia that I can’t figure out what it’s from, if you have normal healthy hair i’m sure these will work for you

the length of my hair has definitely gotten longer, just not the thickness (due to alopecia)

I would start with just getting a hair skin and nail gummy, my best friend is known for her long beautiful hair and all she does is take a gummy a day
