
most of it is unfortunately the mindset and discipline you set for yourself, so first if your social media is feeding into it then cut it out of your life. second get rid of any scales or people that constantly bring up weight around you, next you don't necessarily need to eat more, but eat calorie and nutrient dense foods. and make smoothies with powders or supplements and throw in food that you wouldn't even taste to get more nutrients. It's hard, but recognizing is the first step :)
