i have PCOS and ive been on vitamin supplements, myo-inositol, and on an anti-inflammatory diet for about two months now and im getting very discouraged that im not seeing any physical results or changes :(

Unfortunately it can take like 6+ months before anything affecting hormones can change. I’d say just stick with it for the rest of the year and see what happens then. Look into a spironolactone prescription, its really helped speed things up for me personally.

two months is honestly not a lot of time to see real changes from conservative measures like that, but i’d encourage you to reach out to your endocrinologist (or get a referral to one) to get a better plan going

Ngl spironolactone was the only thing that helped me with mine. Vitamins are also generally not regulated by the FDA so who knows what’s in those capsules or what dose you’re actually getting.
