i recommend depending on your flow. i have a heavy flow and bled through a pair meant for a heavy flow in 4 hours, so i save them for overnight or the last few days of my period when my flow is too light for a pad or tampon

YESSS!! I love my period underwear! I don’t wear a pad or tampon with mine and I have really heavy flows. I really recommend the brand Knix!

it’s been a game changer for me. i hate pads and tampons, and i have like a medium flow so i definitely have to wear something. i’ll use a disc when my flow is heavier though because i just really don’t like sitting in clots. i use hanes brand because i can’t bring myself to pay $20 for a single pair and they are just fine, but idk how they compare to the expensive brands since i’ve never had those

ooo okay! Also question does it feel similar to how pads do? Like your kinda just sitting in the blood like somewhat uncomfortable or would you say it absorbs a bit better

it absorbs a good bit better imo and feels more dry than pads, but i tend to get a lot of clots the first two days and obviously those don’t absorb. you can wipe them out fairly easily though
