Use protection during sex, make sure your partner (s) have a good diet if not. Also make sure they clean their mouth well before head. Drink lots of water, and let your shit breathe more often. Shower over baths.

drink hella cranberry juice but also go to the doctor for antibiotics because that’s the only real way to get rid of it (like if you haven’t gotten antibiotics that might be the reason you’re getting them so often) also don’t forget to pee after sex!!

Boric acid suppositories seem to help a lot of people with chronic yeast infections. Besides that, general vaginal health tips apply: stay hydrated, wear cotton underwear, wash with a soft cloth and water, absolutely no scented or antibacterial soaps near your vulva, make sure sexual partners are hygienic.

Are you thinking of UTIs…? Antibiotics cause yeast infections, not cure them.

For the person that either deleted their comment or blocked me, boric acid suppositories are a common and well studied method of treating recurrent yeast infections. Don’t just dump boric acid in your vagina, but follow the directions that come with the suppositories and it’s perfectly safe. On the soap side, I cited no scented or antibacterial soaps. You can use unscented mild soap if you want to, but it’s not necessary.

If you’re ever surprised by something I say, take a moment to ask or seek sources you trust. This isn’t my first day in sexual health education. I don’t talk out of my ass.

I personally, after doing my own research, don’t believe anyone should use any sort of suppository without being advised to do so by their physician. I don’t think it’s something to recommend to someone if you are not a doctor. We have differing opinions and that’s okay. I apologize for the way my (deleted) comment came across, that is why I deleted it.

It’s fine to personally want to consult your healthcare provider and even to encourage others to, but that’s a very different conclusion than to say they’re outright unsafe, like you did. This isn’t about opinions; it’s about accurate information. Be careful about the information you spread.
