So I know what’s going on, i maybe silently fired. Which is chill, i never liked this job, ive been applying to new jobs but i just got an email today that my job is navigating through changes cuz the company got bought out. I worked part time (1)

I feel like it’s illegal for them to just stop giving you hours? they have to at least notify that you are no longer working there. idk about the filing for unemployment but ik that they can’t really do that to begin with

So I kinda had another job do this to me except they just didn’t tell me my next working days, also hated that job and a kid bit me and I reported it cuz I have to. Anyways, they just stopped scheduling me. But this job I literally got an email today which said all this, and I’m like great I work there but I haven’t had a shift since November. It’s weird cuz it’s for a college, but I’m employed through an agency but my manager works at the college.

Also I didn’t reach out cuz I despise the job, and I hate how they randomly decide to cut hrs. They wasted so much of my time with cutting hrs and having working hrs be 1pm-9pm. I just hated this job so much.
