So I’m gonna cry. I triple booked myself tonight. Like okay, look I’m depressed rn, like I just wanna cry, I’m not okay (I cried myself to sleep last night). But at the same time I can’t pick out of the 3 things, and I don’t wanna choose the wrong thing

So my bf who lives like 1 and a half hrs away is at his job that’s 20 min away from me (he has in person days sometimes). He might come over, I won’t know until he leaves his job cuz it’s a military base and he can’t have his phone so if it’s late and he gets off late his not coming over, if not he might. Then I’m invited to a dinner and socializing while sad and crying is a no but I wanna go. Then my roomies and I wanted to watch a movie and I feel like it’s safe like I can be home yk.

watch a movie w roommates then ur bf can come over if he does end up being able to, he can watch w yall or you can tell them he might be coming and that you'll hang out til he's ober

My thing is I’ve been blowing off my friends a lot. I don’t talk to them as much as I want, so I feel bad for not going to this dinner

u r depressed, tell them that in any way u feel comfy even if its just that ur exhausted. make plans w them as soon as u get back and let them knw u really want to try and do better with getting out and hanging out w them but that ur feeling a lot rn and dont think u can make it
