it’s very common for people to see a red hat and think it’s a maga hat because that’s how our culture is. not sure how it’s anyone’s fault (other than MAGAts) when it’s such a common assumption

that sounds nice but is unfortunately unrealistic. I don’t trust men off-hand because they’re men and have a decent chance of being shitty. same when I see someone with a red hat, I stay away because I don’t want to be near in case they’re MAGA. I’m a POC and visibly queer so I will continue making that assumption for my own safety ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Lowkey I think I’ll start wearing a red hat when I want to be left alone. And if does the opposite and someone is dumb enough to assume it’s a trump hat and say something (democrat or republican) I can give em shit about it lol
