I'm 5" so my maintenance cal is like 1500, so i try to stick around 1200cal daily. Like yesterday, i had half of a thanksgiving publix sub and some candy. But usually i try to have a big lunch and a dinner snack, especially since i work an office job and barely work out.

But i also wanna note overcoming an intense weed addiction that caused me to overeat, so i wasn't feeling hunger like a normal person either, it was more like nausea. that probably aided in my weight loss so i just want to be realistic !!!!

i'm sooo serious about my low effort.. IF i cook, cajun style sausage and cabbage is super filling and fiber rich! But more likely, id have garlic wings from costco with rice and sautéed green beans cuz it's so easy to make at the end of the day

But i'm low effort asf and i usually do OMAD so i usually my save calories to eat fast food :3 like half of a chipotle bowl, a burger with no fries and diet soda, 4 dorito loco taco w no topping.. after class and work im lazy as hell, i just keep an eye on my math

and i need dessert after dinner IDGAF!! i love the sugar free tropical popsicles, and the fudge ones are super low cal so i feel 0 guilt if i eat five of them
