i’m wanting to start losing weight, i have never been to the gym and currently weight 160 and am 5’10. my goal weight is 130. would doing cardio and like going on walks or going on a stair climber be enough for that? and prob eating less/ healthier

yes incorporating both is good. i recommend incline walking if you’re able!

Look up a tdee calculator, I like the one on calculator.net and it’ll give you rough calorie estimates for moderate to fast weight loss. That plus going on walks def is enough!! I’ve been losing weight staying in a calorie deficit and aiming for 6000 steps a day, and then every month I aim for an additional 500 steps a day.

doing weights will make it go even faster

It’s a good start but weights would make it a lot better, both standard and things like the leg press
