Coming to terms with my thinnest weight not being my healthiest weight. As someone that’s been obese their entire life and eventually even underweight, it’s lowkey mentally hard to deal with. Trying to be kind to myself and my body

It's a really big hurdle to cross but the healthiest mindset is having a goal for your body, not a number associated with it. Right now I'm in the best shape ever and workout all the time but on the scale I'm also the heaviest I've been. Also making clear goals with your health and activity level, not just chasing the next 5lbs or clothing sizes
