They tend to get better after a week or two but still hit in certain scenarios for 2 months after. But it’ll be okay and just be sure to take your mind off things, spend more time with friends, and remove things that remind you of him

thank you! I know everyone’s journey is different, but it feels nice to know a certain timeline of things. I logically know he was toxic & it’s for the better for myself but still sucks I think my heart is trying to catch up. I appreciate the advice!! 🤍
