If you’re gonna be anti-AI, you at least have to include nuance in your argument against using non-generative AI in fields like science. It’s practically unethical to NOT use AI in some circumstances. (This does not apply to the everyday ChatGPT user)

As an educator- AI in schools and art will ruin us. I believe AI is useful in many ways like the medical field or certain academia that can be benefited from machine and less human interaction to ruin the work involved like archeology. Uses in preservation or scanning for reconstructive reasons for example

I do think AI has uses, but I think those uses should be targeted to bring about the greatest benefit to overall society and the average human instead of offering the greatest cost-cutting to the average CEO
