Therapy, knowing that your body shall not be an object of scrutiny, but the thing that keeps you alive. Itโ€™s beautiful and amazing, being healthy but also letting yourself live a bit. Not listening to people

i really focused on my heathy fat intake. such as avocados, olive oil, dark chocolate, nuts, eggs, etc. but i potentially have subclinical hypothyroidism and high cholesterol bc of that so i had to avoid animal fats. i also started anxiety medication again and focused on working out only 4 days a week vs 5-6. it's a lot of listening to your body and finding its needs!
